2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

3. Shipping Origin

To offer a wide variety of designs at competitive prices, we ship our products directly from our international fulfillment centers. This allows us to cut out middle-man costs and pass those savings directly to you.

4. Customs & Duties

For our UK customers: Since the UK has left the EU, orders may occasionally be subject to local customs inspections. However, for the majority of our standard parcels, no additional duties are required. Any customs fees or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply.
