At Britannia Lane, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@britannialane.com.

  • Please Note: Returns must be sent to our central processing center. Do not send items back to the address on your shipping label without contacting us first, as this will delay your refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, Britannia Lane will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because it doesn't fit or you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear and earrings cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the item has been worn, unless they are defective.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
